We are offering a fantastic Christmas buffet this year. Our chefs have prepared a wide range of dishes for you and our restaurant is completely decorated in Christmas atmosphere.
From our Zest Live Cooking restaurant, we will present you with hot and cold dishes. You can enjoy all these delicacies in our restaurant. Drinks are included in the package.

• Adults: € 69.50 per person
• Child from 5 years up to and including 11 years: € 34.75 per person
• Child from 0 to 4 years: free of charge
Prices 25 December
• Adults: € 74.50 per person
• Child from 5 to 11 years: € 37.25 per person
• Child from 0 to 4 years: free of charge
The retail prices of the Christmas buffet are based on a 2,5-hour stay and include coffee, tea, soft drinks, Swinkels draught beer (pilsener) and house wine. Other consumptions are charged separately.
What is on the menu?
Our kitchen brigade ensures an unforgettable Christmas. They prepare the most delicious festive dishes. A sneak preview of the delicious dishes on the menu during the festive season:
• Bisque of lobster with tarragon and whipped cream
• Tasty game broth of fresh vegetables with garnish of fresh garden herbs
• Cream soup of various forest mushrooms with a touch of truffle oil
• Tuna mosaic with beans, potato, red onion and vinaigrette
• Caprese with tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh pesto
• Sliced wild boar pâté with Cumberland sauce
• Carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, croutons, pumpkin seeds and rocket salad
• Delicious Christmas ham with honey mustard sauce
• Deer steaks with baked forest mushrooms
• Prawns with tasty garlic oil
• Gnocchi á la tartufata e funghi
• Delicious potato gratin
• Rolls of lemon sole with a white wine sauce
• Grilled sirloin steak with Beurre Café de Paris

• Choice of several delicious vegetarian dishes
• A fantastic Grand Dessert buffet with an assortment of cakes, pastries, petit fours, ice cream and much more......
A selection of the Christmas buffet and something for everyone. Of course, for the children there will be delicious tomato soup, fried fish pieces, frikandel pieces, chicken nuggets and drumsticks, mini schnitzels, fries and potato croquettes.
Have the kids finished eating yet? Then they can play in our play corner "De Kwetterbak".

- Have you not received a confirmation from us within 2 working days of submitting your reservation request? Please send us an e-mail to venlo@valk.com.
- You must pay in advance to finalise your reservation.
- Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge until 30 November. You will not receive a refund if you change or cancel from 1 December.
