"Restaurant V": you can fill in the meaning of the letter 'V' yourself. We have chosen this name because it suits us best with what we want to offer you.
For us, the 'V' stands for professional, surprising, familiar, for everyone, Valk, Venlo and connecting.
You will of course find our Valk Classics on the à la carte menu. Our chef has a preference for traditional, Oriental and vegetarian cuisine. The ingredients are sustainably and organically produced as much as possible and from local suppliers. But residual products such as juices, peels and trimmings are also processed in new products as much as possible. You can think of soups, smoothies, energy drinks or confectionery.
Opening hours
Restaurant V is open daily until 0:00. Our kitchen is open until 10 pm.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Exceptions to this are a guide dog or other types of assistance dogs.
